Student card — on first visit

For discounted excursions and the reading room, bring your student card. No need to upload it at registration.

Media status is confirmed by the press service

After registration, upload your press card in your Profile. Until verification, requests are handled as regular enquiries (MEDIA.P01).

Portal Terms of Use

1. The Portal provides access to the digital funds of the Presidential Centre of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The user undertakes to provide accurate data and not to share access with third parties.

3. Copies of documents are provided for personal, scientific and educational use only; files are watermarked.

4. Requests and applications are processed within the timeframes specified in the service category guide.

5. Violation of these rules may result in restricted access to Portal services.

Privacy policy (title)

1. What data we process: email address, user type, and for services — full name, phone number and application details.

2. Purposes: providing Portal services, status notifications, and ensuring security.

3. Basis — consent given at registration, in accordance with the Law of the RK on Personal Data and Their Protection.

4. Storage: data is stored in the Republic of Kazakhstan; security logs — for the periods established by the information security policy.

5. You can request deletion or anonymisation of your data through the Profile section.
